Our leases with your tenants are modeled from the Oklahoma Landlord Tenant act., while our agreements with you are tailored to your specific needs.

We can handle maintenance for you, using your contractors or vendors that we are familiar with. Perhaps you, like some of our local owners, prefer to have the first option of doing repairs. Other owners, particularly those who live out of the local area set aside a particular dollar amount that we are allowed to spend, before contacting them. We also collect and disperse monies for you.
